The Group believes the training of its
personnel at all levels to be a key strength of its overall business operations.
For newly hired employees with no relevant work experience, the Group provides professional on-site training, as well as personal and group tutorship programmes.
The Group also re-trains employees who desire to specialise in other aspects of the Group’s operations and provides advanced training to employees aimed at improving professional expertise, skills and abilities in an employee’s existing occupation. In addition to the on-site training the Group provides for its employees, it also supports its employees with supplemental training outside of the Group’s facilities.
